Ⓜ️Ⓜ️ વર્ષ 2020 – 21 ના વર્ષ માટે પરિણામ પત્રક તૈયાર કરવા માટે માર્ગદર્શન સુચનાઓ
📌 1. ધોરણ 1 અને 2 માં વિદ્યાર્થીઓના પરિણામ પત્રક (D2 અને Da) માં વિદ્યાર્થીના નામ સામે “વર્ગ બઢતી’ એમ દર્શાવવું, અન્ય વિગતો દર્શાવવાની જરૂર નથી.

📌 2. ધોરણ ૩ થી 8 માં મુખ્યત્વે શિક્ષક દ્વારા થતા રચનાત્મક મૂલ્યાંકન આધારિત પરિણામ પત્રક તૈયાર કરવાનું છે.
®️આ માટે Home Learning અંતર્ગત શિક્ષક દ્વારા થયેલ અનૌપચારિક મૂલ્યાંકન તેમજ વર્ષ દરમિયાન યોજાયેલ સામયિક કસોટીઓ વગેરેનો આધાર લઇ શકાશે.
®️ ધોરણ ૩ થી 8માં સત્રવાર રચનાત્મક મૂલ્યાંકન પત્રક A માં વિગતો દર્શાવવી, જેથી દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીનું 40+40 એમ 80 ગુણનું મૂલ્યાંકન થશે.
®️ આ ઉપરાંત, વર્ષ દરમિયાન Home Learning અંતર્ગત વિદ્યાર્થીની સહભાગિતાને ધ્યાનમાં લઈને વર્ષાન્તે 20 ગુણ પૈકી ગુણાંકન કરવું,
®️ આમ દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીનું 100 ગુણનું ગુણાંકન થશે.

📌૩. ધોરણ ૩ થી 8 માં પત્રક B ભરવાની જરૂર નથી.

📌 4. પત્રક Cમાં પ્રથમ સત્રમાં રચનાત્મક મૂલ્યાંકન 40 ગુણ, દ્વિતીય સત્રમાં રચનાત્મક મૂલ્યાંકનના 40 ગુણ અને વિદ્યાર્થીની સહભાગિતાના 20 ગુણ સ્વ મૂલ્યાંકનના ખાનામાં દર્શાવવા.
®️ ધોરણ 4માં હિન્દી અને અંગ્રેજી વિષયમાં માત્ર દ્વિતીય સત્રમાં રચનાત્મક મૂલ્યાંકનના 40ગુણ અને વિદ્યાર્થીની સહભાગિતાના 20 ગુણ મળી વિષય દીઠ 60 ગુણમાંથી ગુણાંકન કરવું.

📌 7. ધોરણ ૩ થી 7 ના પ્રગતિપત્રકમાં ગ્રેડ દર્શાવવાના રહેશે.
®️ ધોરણ 8 ના પ્રગતિપત્રકમાં ગુણ અને ગ્રેડ બંને દર્શાવવાના રહેશે.

📌 8. જો ધોરણ 3 થી 8 ના કોઈ વિદ્યાર્થી શિક્ષણ પ્રક્રિયા કે મૂલ્યાંકનમાં ન જોડાયા હોય તો તેવિદ્યાર્થીની માર્કશીટમાં વર્ગ બઢતી” એમ દર્શાવવું. તેમાં ગુણાંકન કરવાની જરૂરિયાત નથી.

📌 9. વિદ્યાર્થીઓના ‘સર્વગ્રાહી વિકાસાત્મક સંગૃહિત પ્રગતિ પત્રક E’ માં આ વર્ષ પૂરતું જે તે ધોરણ વિષય શિક્ષકે માત્ર શૈક્ષણિક બાબતો દર્શાવવી. વિદ્યાર્થીની હાજરી અને શારીરિક વિકાસ વગેરે બાબતો દર્શાવવાની જરૂરિયાત નથી.

📌 સંદર્ભ દર્શિત પરિપત્ર મુજબ ધોરણ-5 અને ધોરણ-8નાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પણ પરિણામને ધ્યાને લીધા વગર વર્ગ બઢતી આપવાની રહેશે.
